Seasons of Heart
The Heart! We know that it is a dense lump of muscles that sustains the life of a living being with each beat, circulating the blood through our veins. As every coin has a flip side, our heart also holds a lovely place, probably the best wellspring of our deepest feelings, embracing the love, joy, pain, faith, and hope for a better tomorrow.
Just as nature moves through cycles of growth, decay, and renewal, our emotions ebb and flow, bringing with us the colors and textures of different seasons.
Spring - A Ray of Hope
As we all know, spring is a season of new beginnings and transformation. It's a season where we feel the surge of new energy, the excitement of possibilities, and the warmth of fresh yet great starts. After frostbite from winter where things may feel stagnant, spring brings a RAY OF HOPE. It embraces new relationships, hobbies, and the courage to take risks and step out of our comfort zone.
Summer - A Glow of Growth
Summer is characterized by warmth, joy, and an abundance of chances for a beautiful life. This is when we connect to other people and the world around us. Love, passion, laughter, and joy will be at its peak. This is the season where the richness of life is being celebrated. To bask in the GLOW of GROWTH and relationship and to savor the fruits of emotional hard work and labor. It embraces the deep connections with loved ones, the joy of experiences and memories, and the fulfillment of our personal goals and achievements.
Autumn - The End of Growing
As we all know, Autumn is the time of the year for harvest. It ushers in the time of reflection and letting go. This is a season known for marking the change, as we harvest the lessons learned from our experiences and prepare us for the quieter times ahead. Autumn can be bittersweet, as we may mourn the ENDING OF GROWING certain relationships. Yet, it is also a phase to be embraced in gratitude for the growth we have experienced and the wisdom we have gained. This is where our heart becomes introspective and thoughtful and will start accepting the nature of human life.
Winter - Resting for Growth
Winter in the heart is often a time of introspection, solitude, and quiet strength. It is the time when we start retreating to our inner selves, conserving our emotions energy, and reflecting on what matters the most in life. While winter can feel cold but, it also offers an opportunity for deep healing from the love-drought or mud-crackers that occurred due to inadequate opportunity for growth. This is the season where the heart RESTS FOR GROWTH, recovers, and prepares for the next cycle of growth of love. It embraces the need for rest and self-care. The strength is found in introspection and the process of healing and preparing for new beginnings and hope for finding the love of life.
Fruits of Seasons
Just as the earth moves through its seasons, so too does the heart. Each season of the heart has its own beauty, challenges, and lessons learned. We should always embrace learning from the emotional cycles of the heart through which we can allow ourselves to grow, love, and live more fully. Always remember that each season is a vital part of human life and mankind's journey.
In every season, the heart finds it rhythm. Always try to embrace it, learn fom it and let it shape you into the person you are meant to be.
