A Dreamer’s Flight

FOUR seems like a fleeting score, but four years can mark a profound transformation in one's life. For me, these years have been a beautiful journey, filled with memories I will cherish forever. The experiences I gained, the challenges I faced, and the struggles I endured all shaped me into who I am today, turning into life lessons I will carry forward. While it’s hard to capture every precious moment in words, I have tried my best to document this incredible chapter of my life in a way that feels as vivid and heartfelt as the journey itself.

The Dawn of a Dream

A boy from a small town, with a heart heavier than his luggage and all his 19 years of life packed into two bags, was ready to board a dreamer’s flight. He knew that from this moment on, he would no longer be a permanent member of the place where he was born and raised. Instead, he would become just a close relative to the home of his childhood. With a heavy heart, I left my home,
To a hostel where I'd stand alone.

Through college gates, I stepped with pride,

A thousand hopes, a spark inside.

The unknown called, its voice so loud,

I vowed to make my family proud.

In classrooms filled with eager minds,
I sought the knowledge each lecture finds.
Guided by mentors who believed in me,
Their favorite student, I strived to be.
Their praise became a beacon bright,
Guiding me through each sleepless night.

Books piled high, and nights grew long,

At times, I wondered, "Am I that strong?"

Some tests I aced; some brought despair,

Yet I learned to rise, to persevere.

Homesickness knocked, as quiet tears fell,
Lonely nights in a hostel’s cell.

Through sweat and grit, achievements bloomed,

Where doubts once lingered, confidence loomed.

A project praised, a prize well-earned,

Moments where passion and skill returned.

Internships won, where dreams aligned,

Each a testament to a sharpened mind.

In the whirlwind of days, I found my team,

Together, we built more than a dream.

Through debates and jokes, through fears untold,

Some connections flourished, stronger than gold.

Through connections, some bonds that grew,

Some hearts that found a rhythm, steady and true.

Beyond equations, beyond the grind,
Life taught lessons that reshaped my mind.
To balance joy, to treasure peace,
To find myself in life's grand piece.

Caps flew high; the stage was set,
An ocean of memories, a heart full of debt.
To my mentors, my mates, my struggles, my wins,
This chapter may close, but another begins.

Four years passed in a fleeting trance,
Of struggles, growth, and a second chance.
From hostel nights to classrooms bright,
I’m ready to soar, my dreams in flight.
